The title, Seven Wells, is meant as an ambivalent reference to the seven deadly sins: anger, covetousness, envy, gluttony, lust, pride and sloth.

Sloth was premiered by Ros Dunlop at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music on the 5th of September 2012.
